Premises

The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the internet by the website www.mixymart.com under the distance selling regulations.

Prices

Prices are displayed in USA, SAR & AED and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States and import duties for the USA, Switzerland and Norway.

Mixymart.com will gives the opportunity to check prices in other currencies soon.

Orders

All payment transactions are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States and local taxes and import duties for the USA, Switzerland, Norway. No extra payment will be required upon delivery.

Local taxes and import duties may be required upon delivery for those orders destined outside the European Union (with the exception of USA, Switzerland and Norway).

Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know as soon as possible at orders@mixymart.com

Shipping and Delivery

The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered.

Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer, on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.

Your Right to Return an Order

Mixymart guarantees a full refund on Tuscany Leather products with the exception of import duties and local taxes.

You can return a product to Mixymart.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

The refund will be issued within 20 days upon receiving the returned product.

You cannot return:

  • personalized products.
  • products purchased for professional and/or commercial use.

Products returned without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.

MixyMart reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender. If an unauthorized return is accepted, an administrative/re-stocking fee will be charged or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

The return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason Mixymart.com suggests to use a tracked shipping system.

Warranty and Conformity

If the parcel is damaged upon delivery the customer should contact Mixymart.com within 24 hours of the delivery via email to orders@mixymart.com.

All Tuscany Leather products are covered by a 24 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the Guarantee Certificate provided with each product. In case there are any problems the customer should contact Mixymart.com and provide pictures of the problem to: support@mixymart.com

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline.

Mixymart.com reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.

The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify Tuscany Leather within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to support@tuscanyleather.it

Images and colors of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colors due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.
